Ordering & Payment
The ordering process with the Rustic Furniture House is very simple and easy. Just go though the product section of our website and choose the items you wish to buy. Make the list of chosen items with the item code and send the list to us OR simply add all the products into your cart and submit it with require information. After the reception of the item list, will be provide you some other relevant information along with the prices of the ordered products with which, you can make appropriate changes in the order to make the final one.
Form the international trade point of view as in UCP (Uniform custom and practice for documentary credits), the payment is accepted in two modes only:
- Wire transfer.
- LC (Letter of credits/documentary credit).
Delivery terms offered as per the INCOTERMS:
- FOB ( FREE ON BOARD )
- ExW ( Ex-Works )
- CIF ( Cost, Insurance & Freight )
We take responsibility for any kind of quality concerns or damages that may happen during the shipment Under Insurance (only for container shipments). You just need to notify us within seven days of delivery of the product, for any kind of dissatisfaction with the order. You will definitely be provided with the best solution for that.
